Hey! I'm Konamiesque (often stylized in all lowercase). I'll keep this brief since I've never been good at introductions:

I'm a college student (Japanese major) who likes playing video games and writing about them extensively. I also like reading manga and graphic novels.

I created this website so that I had a place to write down my extended thoughts on my interests in an organized manner without becoming mediocre YouTube video essayist number ten thousand and one. Most of what you'll find here is a mix of reviews, analysis, and extended infodumping on topics that only I give a shit about.

I'm not really a fan of Pokémon anymore, but Musharna will always have a spot in my heart.

I haven't played Mario Kart since elementary school.

No, but it fascinates me from an anthropological standpoint.

I don't really listen to much Vocaloid stuff, but that Miku fujoshi song makes me want to stop liking yaoi. It's so embarrassing.

I have alexithymia so I can't really tell when I'm stressed until I'm in the middle of a breakdown.

I was a huge art kid in high school, to the point where I was considering going to art school until COVID hit. So glad it didn't work out that way.

I can't really say, but my favorite types were always dark, ghost, psychic, and fairy. Yes I thought the Unova Elite Four were the greatest thing ever thanks for asking.

No. My biggest achievement is playing Pokémon Masters for a year straight when it first released without spending a single penny on it.
